• מקום ההתנסות/העבודה יותאם לעמית ע"י הקרן לירושלים בארגונים בירושלים (להלן – "הארגון שנקבע")

התחייבויות העמית בשנה הראשונה של התוכנית (בתקופה המיועדת לסיום הדוקטורט)

בשנה הראשונה של התוכנית, החל מנובמבר 2022, יקבלו העמיתים שנבחרו מלגה חודשית בסך 4000 ₪ ברוטו במימון הקרן לירושלים, בכפוף לביצוע התנסות של כ- 8 שעות בשבוע, בארגון שיותאם לעמית בהתאם לכישוריו ולצרכי הארגון, והשתתפות בהשתלמות של כ- 10 שעות בחודש שמטרתה העמקת ההבנה והתפישה הכוללת של העיר ירושלים ומורכבותה והחזון של תוכנית המנהיגות בעיר.

מובהר כי גם אם העמית לא יגיש את עבודת הדוקטורט עד תום שנת ההתנסות תקופת מתן המלגה תסתיים בנובמבר 2023.

התחייבויות העמית בשנה השנייה והשלישית של התכנית

בנובמבר 2023, העמית ייקלט כעובד במשרה משמעותית בארגון בו נערכה ההתנסות ו/או בארגון ירושלמי אחר שמתואם עם הקרן לירושלים, בהתאם לכישורי העמית ולצרכי הארגון. העבודה תהיה בהיקף של חצי משרה לפחות, לתקופה של שנתיים (עד נובמבר 2025). משכורת העמית, בסך כ – 5500 ₪ תשולם  ע"י הארגון, במימון הקרן לירושלים. בתקופה זו תימשך מסגרת ההשתלמות של 10 שעות בחודש (במקביל לעבודה), שמטרתה העמקת ההיכרות והתפישה הכוללת של העיר ירושלים ומורכבותה ויצירת רשת חברתית בין העמיתים.

התחייבויות העמית בשנה הרביעית והחמישית של התכנית

עם תום השנה השלישית של התכנית, מסתיימת התחייבותה של הקרן לירושלים לסייע לעמית להשתלב בארגון שנקבע וגם מסתיימת תקופת מימון שכרו של העמית ע"י הקרן לירושלים. בשנה הרביעית והחמישית ימשיכו העמיתים לגור בירושלים ומצופה מהם לעבוד בעיר ברמה משמעותית ומובילה. בנוסף, בתקופה זו על העמיתים לתרום מזמנם למסגרת ההשתלמויות, כולל במתן הרצאות וסיוע לעמיתים הנמצאים בתחילת התכנית ובפיתוח שדרת המנהיגות הירושלמית שנבנית באמצעות התכנית.

דרישות החלות על המועמדים

התכנית מיועדת ל:

הקרן לירושלים (ע"ר) (להלן – "המזמינה" ו/או "הקרן") מזמינה בזאת להגיש הצעות לביצוע עבודות חפירה, ביסוס ודיפון  (להלן – "השירות" ו/או "העבודות") בנכס הידוע כגוש 31311 חלקה 1, רח' אלמרכז 10, בית חנינא. ביצוע העבודות יכלול את כל המפורט במסמכי המכרז.

על המציע לבצע את העבודות בתקופה שלא תעלה על 5 חודשים מיום מתן צו התחלת העבודה.

תמצית תנאים עיקריים של המכרז:

1. תנאי סף להגשת ההצעה

רשאים להשתתף בהליך זה מציעים העומדים בתנאי הסף שמפורטים במסמכי המכרז, שתמציתם מובאת להלן:

• המציע הוא תאגיד שהתאגד ורשום כדין בישראל. יודגש כי אין להגיש הצעה משותפת של שתי חברות או של שתי ישויות משפטיות נפרדות.
• המציע הוא קבלן רשום על פי חוק רישום קבלנים לעבודות הנדסיות בנאיות, התשכ"ט-1969 בסיווג ג'2 בענף הבנייה (100) ו/או בענף כבישים תשתיות ופיתוח (200), לפחות.
• לא עומדים ותלויים נגד המציע כל הליכי חדלות פרעון, לרבות פירוק, הקפאת הליכים או כינוס נכסים.
• המציע ביצע כקבלן ראשי, עבודות חפירה, דיפון וביסוס במועדים כלשהם במהלך 4 השנים שקדמו למועד האחרון להגשת ההצעות, בשני פרויקטים שביצועם הסתיים, לפחות, בהיקף חפירה של 20,000 מ"ק כל אחד, לפחות, ובלבד שהפרויקט כלל גם עבודות דיפון וביסוס בהיקף כספי של לפחות 850,000 ₪ (לא כולל מע"מ)
• המציע השתתף בסיור קבלנים כמפורט בסעיף 3.1 להלן.
• המציע צירף להצעתו ערבות בנקאית כנדרש במסמכי המכרז.

2. עיון במסמכי המכרז וקבלתם

ניתן לקבל ו/או לעיין במסמכי המכרז החל מיום א' 2.1.2022 במשרדי הקרן לירושלים, רחוב רבקה 11, קומה 2 אצל נועה בלום. יש לתאם הגעה מראש עם נועה בלום בטלפון 02-6751732.

3. סיור קבלנים ושאלות הבהרה
   • חובה להשתתף בסיור קבלנים שיתקיים ביום ה' 6.1.2022 בשעה 9:00  בכתובת: אלמרכז 10 בכניסה למנהל הקהילתי בית חנינא, ירושלים.
   • ניתן להגיש שאלות הבהרה, בכתב בלבד, לכתובת מייל: noab@jfjlm.org , עד ליום א' 16.1.2022 , בשעה 16:00.

4. מועד אחרון להגשת הצעות

ההצעה תוגש עד ליום ד' 26.1.2022 לא יאוחר מהשעה 12:00. ההצעה תוגש בהתאם להוראות מסמכי המכרז, תימסר במעטפה סגורה ותוכנס לתיבת המכרזים הנמצאת בבניין הקרן לירושלים, ברחוב רבקה 11, ירושלים.

5. כללי
   • האמור במודעה זו הינו תקציר בלבד. מונחים במודעה זו יפורשו בהתאם להגדרתם במסמכי המכרז.
   • המזמינה רשאית לנהל מו"מ (מכל סוג שהוא) עם כלל המציעים או חלק מהם, כפי שייקבע ע"י המזמינה, ו/או לבצע כל פעולה אחרת כפי שתמצא המזמינה לנכון, לרבות עריכת שלב תחרותי נוסף (התמחרות) בין חלק או כל המציעים, לפי שיקול דעתה.
   • המזמינה אינה מתחייבת לבחור כל הצעה שהיא והיא תהיה רשאית לבטל את המכרז כולו או חלקו, או לדחותו מסיבות תקציביות, ארגוניות או מכל סיבה אחרת לפי שיקול דעתה הבלעדי.
   • הקרן לירושלים, עמותה רשומה כדין, אינה כפופה לחוק חובת המכרזים, תשנ"ב- 1992 והתקנות שהותקנו מכוחו.

הפוסט מכרז חפירה ודיפון – מועדון ספורט בבית חנינא הופיע לראשונה ב-.

באמצעות קרן החדשנות, הקרן לירושלים תומכת בפרויקטים שמקדמים את חזון "ירושלים 2030" של הקרן ותורמים להעצמה קהילתית, לתרבות יוצרת ולמנהיגות עתידית.

הקרן מזמינה בזה הגשת בקשות לקבלת מענק תרבות או מענק קהילה עבור פרויקטים בתחום התרבות או פרויקטים בתחום קהילה הפתוחים לקהל הרחב ברחבי העיר ירושלים, בהתאם לתנאים המפורטים במסמכי הקול קורא שלהלן: ======.  ההצעות הזוכות יקבלו מענק כספי מהקרן לירושלים לביצוע הפרויקט במשך שנת 2022.
