About the project
The Harvey and Elaine Rothenberg Library is located at the Givat Gonen High School. It is a lively and well stocked with books offering a variety and wealth of information for the high school students as well as those from the adjacent elementary school . The library is at the forefront of the schools educational activities, and is constantly being updated, more than a thousand children have access to the library’s extensive resources. The catalogue is computerized, with five computers, two with CD Roms and internet access. The library subscribes to over thirtyfive periodicals in a variety of subjects, from politics to music and science, and contains a full compliment of educational videos that are used by the schools teaching staff.
This library is a modern and comfortable environment for all students.
