About the project
Young adults of Jerusalem’s Arab sector face both the issues common to the city’s entire young adult population and challenges unique to their status as members of their minority community. The East Jerusalem Empowerment project has been personalized to the unique language, cultural and ethnic identities of its target population. The Project thus assures young adults from the Arab sector equal access to critical mentoring, guidance, and employment services, enabling these young men and women to fully benefit from the resources and services proffered, by the Young Adults Center as a whole, and by the Personal & Professional Initiative in particular, towards the fulfillment of their life goals.
